System-On-Chip and Embedded System Key Technology for Hospital and Healthcare Applications.

Healthcare Monitoring Research

Part of the Department of Electronics Engineering belonging to the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the Intelligent Biomedical System-On-Chip Design and Integration Laboratory is a dynamic laboratory focusing on healthcare application systems for Hospital and Intensive Care Unit but also for Home Healthcare area.

Leaded by Professor Wai-Chi Fang, IEEE Fellow, the laboratory is willing to work with different kind of partners, industrial companies, other laboratories from NCTU but also with foreign universities or organizations.

The research laboratory is currently closely working with ANDES Technologies and is part of the EECS International Graduate Program in NCTU which allows it to welcome any foreign student who wants to take a place in the current research. Having the objective of leading biomedical systems research in accordance with the new technologies and techniques in the scientific world , the laboratory of Intelligent Biomedical SoC and Integration Laboratory is always willing to get involve in some challenging project and research topics.
